The Unit 3 – Professional Practice assignment involved designing and delivering a training program as part of a Work Related Learning Report. The project required acting as an event coordinator within an event planning organization, specializing in IT and soft skills training.

• Event Planning: Organized a Special Education Session at Christ International School, delivering an IT skills development program to 30 grade 6 students.
• Training Delivery: Conducted sessions on History of Computers, Types of Computers, Basics of Networking, and Cloud Computing via Zoom, adapting to last-minute changes due to a government holiday.
• Team Collaboration: Worked in a team of six, contributing to project planning, task allocation, role assignment, and overcoming challenges.
• Skill Development: Emphasized communication, leadership, team dynamics, and the importance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Problem Solving: Applied critical reasoning and problem-solving techniques, including brainstorming, SWOT analysis, and the 5 Whys method, to address project challenges.

This assignment demonstrates proficiency in professional practice, project management, communication skills, and team collaboration, reflecting a well-rounded approach to real-world learning scenarios.
